1. chopped onions are usually incorporated in the patty.
2. instead of pickles they use cucumbers.
3. instead of tomato ketchup they use banana ketchup/sauce.
4. you can get a fried egg on top of the patty.
5. instead of this american cheese/kraft singles, we get Eden cheese.
